Tug of War

Tug of War is the simplest game on pgame.space and probably the loudest. There is one rule: tap. Every tap pulls the knot a little further your way, your opponent is doing the same in the other direction, and whoever drags it all the way home takes the round.

It would be unfair if raw thumb speed decided everything, so the player who is losing pulls harder. A rope that is almost over the line is the hardest one to finish, which means a round you were dominating can turn around in the last two seconds.
